Dear Expectant Parent(s), 

Thank you for taking time to view our profile and get to know us. We know this is most likely an overwhelming time for you as you seek to make the best decisions for your child; you and your child are constantly in our thoughts and prayers as you go through this journey. Please know that we have continuously prayed for a child and have always felt drawn to adoption; ever since we were married we have talked about adopting at least one child, regardless of our own personal journey to have children. Through prayer, we feel God is leading to seek adoption. 

We have been together for eight years now and, while we have not been blessed with a child through conception ourselves, we know that there is a child out there for us that we can spend the rest of our lives loving and caring for. We want to nurture them and ensure they understand not only our traditions and love for God but that they also know their own heritage, whatever that may be. We feel that’s very important. 

Your child will be encouraged to pursue their interests and we will be with them every step of the way. We both come from very supportive families and know it’s so important to be encouraged to dream. Whether it’s sports, dance, music…we want them to be able to pursue their interests and we will be there to support them at every event. As they grow older we will ensure they have the opportunity to pursue whatever education and/or career they want and look forward to hopefully having the joy of grandchildren, if that is part of their life path. 

Your child would grow up surrounded by the love of our extended family, friends and their children as well. We have been so blessed to love and spend time with our nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as our friends’ children who are like family to us. Family and friends are extremely important to us and we both come from large extended families. Holidays, as well as vacation time, are often spent with family and friends, often times just enjoying each other’s company or, on occasions traveling together to see different parts of the U.S. 

We live in an extremely family-friendly neighborhood where you can often hear the laughter of children as they play together in each other’s yards or along the neighborhood’s walking pathways. Our home will provide your child with room to run and play. Joey will be staying home to nurture and raise your child and while Marie will continue to work, she will always prioritize your child. 

Please know that if we are given the opportunity to raise your child, they will always come first and we will always do what’s in their best interest. They will grow up knowing how courageous you were, and that the first and greatest act of love they experienced was your decision. They will be surrounded with love, support, and encouragement.
