We are Carl and Brianna from Wisconsin

Dear Expectant Mother, 

Hello! We are Carl and Brianna. We have been together for 12 years and married for 7 years. As we plan on growing our family, we keep you in the forefront of our mind. We cannot imagine how difficult a decision you are faced with making for yourself and your child. We are in awe of your courage and strength. We will raise your child knowing about his/her story and hope to include you in these conversations, in as much as you desire! 

We are very excited to grow our family and your child will be well loved by us, our daughter, our very close friend group, and our extended family. Our four-year-old daughter is extremely excited to be a big sister and constantly asks when her baby sister or brother will be here. We have a very close group of friends that have been involved in our adoption journey from day one and are excited to welcome a new child. Although we both have siblings, our daughter is the only grandchild to both sets of our parents and the only niece or nephew to our three siblings. Our family is absolutely in love with our daughter and beyond ecstatic to welcome a new child to our family! 

During a typical week, we love to have pizza parties and movie nights with our daughter. We also love reading, hiking, watching football as a family, dancing in the kitchen, working in the yard or on cars, and barbecuing with friends. Carl’s parents have a cabin on a river in Wisconsin and we try to visit there for boating and beach fun as much as possible. 

We look forward to enriching your child's life by honoring his/her background, culture, and story. We will ensure your child is well educated in these areas. In addition, we love to travel and hope to explore the world with your child. 

We have always known we want to adopt. We want to be able to help give your child a good and loving home. We want to help give you a variety of options for who will raise your child. We want to give you the option to have an open relationship with your child and his or her adoptive parents. In addition to our passion for adoption, after giving birth to our daughter, Brianna suffered from postpartum depression that was debilitating for her. We have always wanted a big family and we are hoping adoption will grant us that wish. 

We cannot imagine how difficult this decision is for you, but we want to encourage you to do what is best for you and make the best choice for you.
