Hi, we are John and Michelle. We want to thank you so much for taking the time to view our profile and learn a little bit about us, our marriage and our family. We admire your strength, courage and the love that you are showing by considering adoption for your unborn, precious child. We understand that you are faced with a decision that will be one of the biggest of your life and we feel blessed to be a part of that. We want you to know that we are a family of love and support, and believe adoption to be a blessing and a privilege. We will provide a beautiful home filled with stability, security, unconditional love, kindness and happiness. 

John is the middle of five children and grew up in a very loving home. He was raised in Texas and continues to support his favorite sports team, the Dallas Cowboys. He is very friendly and sociable; people seem to be magnetically attracted to him. He is very creative and successful in his job. He works in the food industry and is proud of being an Executive Chef. John enjoys being active and outdoors; he enjoys golfing and swimming, and most of all, barbecuing by the pool with friends and family. His sense of fun and adventure balanced with his values and sense of responsibility will make him a great parent.  There are so many things he can share with and teach a child: he definitely would be a wonderful “Dad”.

Michelle was born and raised in Arizona, and is the oldest of two girls. Her thirst for knowledge and education are always evident. She has a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and although she loves her job, she is able to be flexible because she values her personal family time. Michelle is a natural leader and people respond well to her.  Her strengths are in her ability to lead by example and communicate effectively. She has always been ambitious without sacrificing fun. She loves reading, playing games, being outdoors, and going to hockey games. She has an opinion on everything and her friends and family look to her when they need to talk. They know she will be there to listen and not pass judgment. They know she will give them honest and unconditional love. She is an amazing woman and will make an amazing “Mom”.

We know that we have the sort of marriage that will last forever. We both come from backgrounds with a strong commitment to family. Both of our parents have been married for over 40 years and set a great example for us to follow. Nothing is more important to us than spending time with family.  We are fortunate that both sets of grandparents live nearby as well as two of John’s brothers, Michelle’s sister, and six cousins who will make lifelong playmates for our child. Each of our families encouraged us to explore our individuality and develop our unique talents. Our family members include police detectives, engineers, accountants, doctors, teachers, chefs, psychologists, and stay-at-home moms waiting to share their life experiences with our child. Our families are very supportive of our adoption plans and everyone is very excited to meet our new child.
